Structuring
We form wholly-owned, project-specific SPVs for each transaction — bespoke Luxembourg vehicles matched to the asset, jurisdiction, and capital stack of the underlying deal.
N59° GridCore S.à.r.l is the Luxembourg financing subsidiary of N59° Group. We establish wholly-owned, project-specific SPVs to ring-fence assets and cash flows for each AI-ready data center and energy infrastructure transaction across Central and Northern Europe.
A single, narrow function: structure, isolate, and finance individual infrastructure projects — one circuit at a time.
We form wholly-owned, project-specific SPVs for each transaction — bespoke Luxembourg vehicles matched to the asset, jurisdiction, and capital stack of the underlying deal.
Each SPV isolates its own assets, liabilities, and cash flows from the rest of the group. Contagion between projects is prevented at the legal and financial layer, not by policy.
We channel senior debt, mezzanine, and equity capital into individual projects without cross-collateralisation — clean instruments, deal-level covenants, transparent perimeter.
Capital enters at the GridCore level and passes through a defined isolation point — the breaker — before reaching a dedicated SPV that holds a single project's assets and cash flows. Nothing crosses the perimeter without structural cause.
N59° Group S.à.r.l. is the top holding company. N59° GridCore is its Luxembourg financing subsidiary. Alongside GridCore, the group includes N59° Thor AS, Norway, which handles data center EPC development; N54° Battery GmbH, the German factory for battery energy storage systems; and N59° AI, AS, which operates the group's own data centers and third-party facilities — an integrated stack from physical infrastructure to structured capital.
